Joining YPO at age 30, his leadership went from local to national and international levels with a focus on education. Working with great teams he’s won the Canada Award for Business Excellence, YPO Best of Best Award, and the YMCA Peace Medal.

    As an organizational psychologist with Amirror, Amir has been helping companies worldwide in organizational transformation for over 25 years. He has also facilitated Peace Action Forums globally, including Israeli-Arab, Arab-American, Greek-Turkish, Armenian-Turkish, and Jewish-Muslim forums. Amir is a leader in the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) forum methodology process.

    Frédéric is a seasoned business Peacemaker, having developed and advised large and small businesses and non-profits in over a dozen countries, and across a large range of industries. He is currently an operating partner of Champlain Financial Corporation, leading a private equity financed spin-out of the background screening division of Garda World. He was previously an associate principal at McKinsey & Company, where he was co-leader of the Business Technology practice and led pro-bono work with global NGOs.

With global cross-industry experience and relationships, he recognizes the value of understanding and respecting cultures, languages, and the impact on people and business. "It's all about people, inclusion and trust, to create a winning team." Mark sits on the Boards of Million Peacemakers, World Language Communications and VerdeXchange Institute. He is engaged with The Hidden Tears Project, and involved in Sports & Entertainment projects. He is a CPA, graduating from McGill University in Montreal.

    Marisa is a recent graduate from McGill University who is fascinated by interpersonal communication both online and off. She has organized workshops on the power of eye contact to connect authentically with others and to feel more comfortable in face to face interactions. Her current work focuses on resolving conflict online and teaching youth how to protect themselves from cyberbullies, trolls, and other nasty online creatures.

    Lesley-Anne coaches businesses in Toronto to resolve conflict in a way that nurtures respectful relationships amongst and between employers and employees.

    Rod has over 30 years of experience in the consulting and corporate business world and has experienced conflict first- hand both at work and in his own life. Rod also leads a spiritual formation group and a divorce support group and realizes conflict is often behind many relationship issues.

    Ximena has over 17 years of experience in Human Development. She is an Intercultural Coach working with clients all over the globe. Her biggest passion is to help others realize their greatest potential. Before moving to Los Angeles, Ximena was co-owner of Life Motivations Centre, a center for Well-being and Personal Development based in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to working in the field of Human Development, Ximena worked with Multinational Companies with Geneva Headquarters and in Private Banking. Born in Santiago, Chile, Ximena has lived and studied in Chile, the U.S. and Switzerland. She is certified as a Life Coach and HYL Coach. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
