NONFLICT – THE ART OF EVERYDAY PEACEMAKING

EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP: TRANSFORMING CONFLICT INTO NONFLICT

Following a 30-year career in private and public businesses and as a global leader within YPO, Stephen Hecht sought a better way to lead and create lasting impact.

In 2014, he co-founded Million Peacemakers, to spread the Nonflict way, to transform destructive conflict into innovative co-created outcomes. This workshop has been recognized for its excellence, winning the YPO Global Best of Best Award for leadership development a record 6 times.

Participants will engage in interactive sessions that emphasize empathy, communication and collaboration.

Nonflict is a simple and effective 3-step process created by renowned psychologist Dr. Amir Kfir with Stephen’s support during his term as Regional Education Chair for YPO. It provides a structured approach to conflict resolution.

The steps lead people to understand themselves and one another, to understand their shared reality and finally to take active steps to co-create their ideal reality.

Benefits:

  • Enhanced Communication Skills: Learn effective ways to communicate during conflicts, fostering a culture of openness and trust.
  • Improved Team Dynamics: Develop strategies to handle and resolve conflicts, leading to a more cohesive and productive team.
  • Increased Empathy: Gain insights into understanding different perspectives, which is essential for creating an inclusive and harmonious work environment.
  • Leadership Development: Equip leaders with the skills to manage and resolve conflicts constructively, enhancing their leadership capabilities.
